The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the caste claim of the petitioner was invalidated, against which petitioner had filed writ petition. This Court has allowed the writ petition partly, set aside the order of the Committee invalidating the caste claim and has remitted the matter back to the Committee. The same is still pending, however, the respondent No. 4 is not returning the original documents.

Though the respondent No. 4 is served, none appears for the respondent No. 4.

The petitioner shall give an undertaking to the respondent No. 4 that, in case his caste claim is invalidated, then the petitioner shall pay full fees to the respondent No. 4. After such undertaking is given, the respondent No. 4 shall return the original documents as stated in prayer clause "A". The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
