Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that appellants' civil application No. 13447 of 2019 was required to be disposed of, when order dated 18.11.2019 was passed by this Court, continuing the interim relief in favour of the appellants. But, as it was not disposed of, the matter is shown in order category and hence civil application may be disposed of. He submitted that infact the appeal is already fixed for final hearing as per order dated 03.12.2019.
