The claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Koli Mahadev", Scheduled Tribe, is pending validation with respondent No.2/Committee since 31.12.2013.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The Committee shall decide the pending claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31.05.2023.

(b) The petitioner shall render wholehearted cooperation

*2* 909wp12847o22 to the committee and shall refrain from seeking unnecessary adjournments on trivial or unreasonable grounds, lest the committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings.

(c) The petitioner shall tender an affidavit undertaking in this Court and with a copy thereof to respondent No.3, on or before 05.01.2023, making the statement therein that he would not seek any increment or promotion or service benefits of any nature until the decision in his claim and his continuance in employment and service benefits would be subject to the result of the decision of the Committee.

(d) The service of the petitioner would not be terminated till 31.05.2023 or till the decision of the Committee, whichever is earlier, for the reason that his validity certificate has not been submitted.
