Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0460/2024, dated 14/09/2024, registered at Vazirabad Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 109, 118(1), 189, 191(2), 191(3) , 194(1), 126(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, under Section 3, 25 of Arms Act, and under Section 142 of Maharashtra Police Act.

The applicant/accused, along with the co-accused, was seen in the CCTV footage of Lok Kala Kendra. They were initially involved in a scuffle with the victim and others, after which they stopped the victim's car. Coaccused Suraj allegedly took out a pistol and broke the car window. Furthermore, there are other cases registered against the Page 1 of

3 ABA 2017-2024 applicant/accused, involving serious offenses such as attempted murder and preparation for dacoity.

In view of the above, this case does not warrant the grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) vj gawade/-.
