The applicants-appellant-insurer has deposited the entire amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest thereon in terms of the judgment and award dated 29-07-2019 passed by the learned Chairman, MACT, Osmanabad in MACP No. 320/2016. By separate order the respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% of the said amount. Hence, the following order.

The application stands allowed.

The execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 29-07-2019 passed by the
