Heard Mr. Patil learned advocate appearing for the applicants. He submits that, respondent no.1-i and respondent no.2-a as shown in the title clause of the appeal memo expired, however, their L.Rs. are already on record. He would submit that, inadvertently, the word "deceased" is not written in front of their name. Therefore, amendment to that extent be permitted.

In view of the submissions advanced, there is no impediment in allowing the application. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B and C.' Application stands disposed off.
