Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. By inviting our attention to the documents placed on record, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner belongs to Mannerwarlu - Scheduled Tribe and in response to advertisement, the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher by order dated 06.08.2018, subject to certain conditions and on an honorarium at the rate of Rs.8000/- per month. Respondent No.4 - Headmaster has submitted a proposal to the Education Officer (Secondary), Nanded on 13.08.2018 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The Counsel for

( 2 ) wp1539.19 the petitioner Mr. Panpatte submits that the petition is pending before the authority for considerable long period.

This being a limited grievance, the petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the proposal submitted to him on 13.08.2018 on it own merits, as early as possible and not later than 12 weeks from the date of order of this Court, if it is not decided already.
