KESHAV BHAUSAHEB KALE AND ANOTHER ...
Advocate for Applicants : Mr.Dande Shrirang S. AGP for Respondent State: Mr. S.W.Mundhe ...
CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
Dated: March 03, 2017 ...
PER COURT :- 1.
Learned Counsel for the applicants draws attention to the contents of the application, referring to the difficulties in taking up the matter earlier, due to some un-kempt record in the office. 2.
Despite service to the respondents, respondent no.1 has not caused appearance. Learned Counsel for respondent no.2 does not seriously dispute the contents. Since there is no appearance on behalf of respondent no.1, it appears that, to a large extent, it is an indication about acceptance of the veracity of the contents of the application. In the circumstances, it would be expedient to grant the application.
