O R D E R

The State Government has taken a decision not to prosecute the appeals as per Government Resolution No. Sankirna - 2014/pra.kra.4/ Bham-1/A-4, dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum, dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018. No prejudice would be caused to the land owners. 2.

Hence, leave granted to withdraw the appeal as settled. The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

Pending Civil Applications, if any, filed by State/acquiring body stand disposed of.

4.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

5.

Leave granted to the claimants to withdraw the amount with interest, if any, as per the award.

6.

The Land Acquisition Officer undertakes to deposit the claim amount within six months, if not deposited.
