Delay of 2813 days has occurred in filing the present application by the State. The usual grounds are canvassed for condoning the delay that in making the procedural compliances the time was consumed. However, in view of the alternate submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, that if the matter is likely to be argued by the learned AGP today itself, the claimant has no objection for condoning the delay, the delay is condoned. The civil application is disposed of. Appeal be registered in accordance with law and appeal be immediately placed for final disposal.
