DATE : 10th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER The respondent-husband initiated proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.132 of 2016 under Section 13 (1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambajogai of which transfer is sought by the applicant-wife to Family Court, Pune. 2.

Both the parties i.e. applicant and respondent are present before this Court. They have stated that they are residing together and the respondent stated that he would like to withdraw unconditionally Hindu Marriage Petition No.132 of 2016 initiated by him of which transfer is sought by the applicant.

The applicant conceded the position that she is residing with the respondent and they have amicably sorted out their differences.

Considering the aforesaid position, the present application stands disposed of as infructuous.

Hindu Marriage Petition No.132 of 2016 stands disposed of as withdrawn as stated by the respondent, who appears in person before this Court.

Copy of this order be sent to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambajogai for further action.
