It is submitted that this Court remitted the matter to the Committee in the year 2011 and since then the same is pending.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the Vigilance has been completed and Vigilance report is submitted.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 15.12.2017 and file his say to the Vigilance report. The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner preferably within three (3) months from the date of appearance.

Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings, the employer shall consider the proposal for approval to the appointment of petitioner as Gramsevak on its own merits in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
