Learned advocate for respondent No. 4 has placed on record copy of order dated 27.10.2025 passed by Chief Executive Officeer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, by which petitioners were granted benefit of advance increment on certain terms and conditions. The same is marked 'X' for identification purposes. 2.

Learned advocates for the petitioners submit that by the said order though benefit is conferred, the amounts are yet to be disbursed to the petitioners.

Respondents shall disburse the amounts, due to the petitioners, within eight weeks from today.
