The Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amaravati is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 2nd February, 2013, if already not decided, keeping in view the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of State of Maharashtra and others V/s Tukaram Tryambak Chaudhari1 and the various judgments passed by this Court, relying upon the judgment of the Supreme Court, after hearing the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner to appear before the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amaravati on 23rd February, 2016.

It will be open for the said Authority to hear the petitioner and to take decision on the same date or may fix the date in future for hearing the petitioner and for taking decision. However, entire exercise to be done, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within three months from today and the decision taken should be communicated to the petitioner during the said period. 5.

The petitioner be allowed by the authority to place on record the documents/judgments in support of his contentions.
