After hearing for sometime, when the Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicants, the learned Counsel Mr. Ostwal for the Applicants on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application.

The learned Counsel further submits that the Applicants will surrender themselves before the authorities within one week. The statement is taken on record as an undertaking to this Court. 2.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application. 3.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to both the Applicants to surrender themselves within a period of one week before the authorities.
