Learned APP for the petitioner states that, the State has challenged the order dated 25.01.2018 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar in Criminal Revision Petition No. 62/2015. Vide said order, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge had set aside the order dated 27.10.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ahmednagar in C. R.No. I-276/2014 wherein the respondents were sent in police custody remand. The learned Sessions Judge was pleased to set aside the said order and gave detailed reasoning for doing so.

Since this petition is pertaining to the year 2018 and after the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class much progress has taken place in the proceedings. Therefore, due to passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
