The applicant has moved these applications seeking leave to file appeal against the impugned judgments and orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Amalner on the grounds as set out in detail in the applications.

Heard Mr. Rane, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. V.B.Jadhav alongwith Mr. Hon, Advocate for respondents.

Considering the submissions advanced I am of the view that the case is made out to grant leave to file appeal against the impugned judgments and orders. . Accordingly applications are allowed. Appeals be registered.

Learned counsel for the respondents waives service of notice on behalf of respondents.

Learned counsel for the appellant and respondent have agreed to hear the appeal finally by dispensing with paper book. By consent adjourned for final hearing on 23.11.2016. In the meanwhile call R & P.
