The petitioner submits that his case has been recommended to the Chief Executive Officer by the Commissioner Education Maharashtra, dated 2nd November, 2020.

We find that the petitioner prays for allotment of the Selection Grade Pay (Nivadshreni) with effect from 25th November, 2016 till his retirement on 31st December, 2021. His name is already included in the proposal dated 2nd November, 2020 by the Commissioner Education. However, he is yet to be granted the said benefits. 3.

In view of the above, we requested Shri Bondar, the learned advocate to cause an appearance on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

Considering the short issue and the recommendation, this petition is disposed off. We expect the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to abide by the said recommendation, in the absence of any legal impediment, on or before 31st March, 2023. [ SANJAY A.
