We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for State. 2.

The affidavit is filed that the award has been passed on 23.02.2018. According to the petitioner, compensation is not paid. The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the proposal has been submitted to the Acquiring Body for the payment of compensation amount.

The compensation shall be paid to the petitioner as per the award expeditiously, within three months from today. 4.
