The applicant is a poor rickshaw driver. He purchased the auto rickshaw on loan. However due to the condition not to enter Bhusawal imposed by this Court by order dated 29.08.2022, he could not pay the bank installments and likely to loose his source of income. 3.

Learned APP would submit that he did not violate the bail conditions. There is no material progress in the trial. 4.

In view of that matter, condition no.(iii) in order dated 29.08.2022 in Bail Application No.1082 of 2022 stands relaxed. 5.
