The learned APP and the learned counsel for the complainant inform this court that during the pendency of present application, the charge sheet is filed by the police authorities. Hence, it would be appropriate for the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Court seeking anticipatory bail in pursuance of the filing of charge sheet. Hence, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court for seeking anticipatory bail. However, taking into consideration that this Court has already protected the applicant vide interim order dated 13.11.2025, the same is continued for a period of two weeks and shall expire after a period of two weeks. 2.
