Vide order dated 03rd March, 2025, this Court has passed the following order :- "1.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant submits that the Applicant/Appellant is hospitalized and, therefore, the temporary bail granted be extended.

We have perused the earlier orders. There are no medical papers.

The learned APP shall call the medical papers of the Applicant/Appellant, who is hospitalized in the Civil Hospital at Jalna. The report should contain all the details i.e. the ailment/s, treatment required and whether hospitalization is required.

4.

The suspension of substantive sentence granted to the Applicant earlier, is extended till the further date." 1 / 2

Learned counsel for the applicant tenders across the bar medical papers of the applicant. We have perused the same. It is submitted by learned Addl.P.P. that as per the report of Civil Surgeon, Jalna, the applicant has been discharged.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that fixation of artificial leg is not possible in Civil Hospital, Jalna. The applicant is admitted to Sushrush Hospital, Jalna for fixation of artificial leg. He, therefore, seeks further extension of fifteen days to the temporary bail. 4.

In view of above, we extend the temporary bail period of the applicant. The applicant shall surrender before the concerned jail on 29th March, 2025. Criminal application stands disposed of accordingly. ( NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J. ) ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) SSD 2 / 2
