Respondent No.4 has been duly served but has not caused appearance. By way of Civil Application, the original petitioner is seeking restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed for non removal of the office objections, together with prayer for condoning the delay. 2.

We have heard both the sides. Considering the nature of the dispute, it is for claiming compensation in respect of the land allegedly

( 2 ) 21-CA-1400-25 acquired for public purpose, the Civil Application is allowed. 3.

The writ petition is restored subject to the conditions that the office objections shall now be removed within three weeks and that, if at all, the petitioner is ultimately held entitled to have compensation, she shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the period of delay of 443 days.
