DATED : 29th NOVEMBER, 2018 Order :- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that already Hall Ticket is issued in favour of petitioner to appear for examination of Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Course. 2.

Learned AGP on instructions of respondent No.1 makes a statement that the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided within four (4) months from today. Till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided or four (4) months from today, which would occur first, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of non validation certificate by the petitioner.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
