The petitioner has prayed that his request dated 19.07.2021 seeking approval to his appointment, may be considered by respondent Nos. 6 and 7.

The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 6 and 7/Zilla Parishad submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner has not been forwarded by the School/Management. The petitioner himself has moved his request letter terming it to be a proposal.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has been appointed as a Clerk on 08.06.2003. The Management had forwarded khs/Jan.2023/13308
- 2 - the proposal on 15.03.2004, copy of which is at page No.15. A Resolution passed by the Management on 06.03.2014, thereby taking a decision to forward the proposal, is placed on record at page No.16. 4.
The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 6 and 7 submits on instructions that, the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2021 is received and the Education Officer would go into this aspect and after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders and upon verifying the entire record in the light of the statement of the petitioner that he has been appointed on 08.06.2003, will take a decision as regards with regard to the pendancy of any approval cases. He prays for 3 months time in this regard. 5.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off without issuing notice to the Management. The Education Officer shall look into the aspect of pending cases for approval in the light of the representation of the petitioner and after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders and on perusing the entire record with regard to any such pending cases for approval, shall pass appropriate orders on or before 15.04.2023.
