This application is with a prayer for direction to respondent No. 1 to de-freeze/release the accounts as described in the table in prayer clause (B).

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that, this Court in similar application bearing Criminal Application No. 1802/2022 in Criminal Appeal No. 628/2019 had passed an order on 15.11.2022 on the basis of communication received by the learned D.S.G.I. 3.

Learned advocate Mr. Golegaonkar for respondent No. 1 submits that, in this application also now the communication is received from

2 906-appln 4264-2022.odt the Deputy Director of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai dated 16.02.2023 informing that a decision is taken by the competent authority to defreeze the account and fixed deposit mentioned in the letter. 4.

The copy of the communication dated 16.02.2023 is taken on record and marked as "Annexure-X".

In view of the same, this Court finds that, the present application also can be allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 6.

The present criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
