Learned Counsel for the Petitioners makes statement across the bar that the Petitioner has already taken file from the Counsel. He issued notice dated 26/06/2025 to the Petitioners on the address as mentioned in the Petition. The said notice and envelope are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The said notice, however, is returned with remarked 'No such person on the address residing'. He makes further statement that he has no further/fresh address available of the Petitioners in order to serve them notice again. 2.

Perusal of the envelope indicates that the notice is issued on the address mentioned in the Petition. The notice dated 26/06/2025 sufficiently indicates that the learned Counsel has attempted to be informed the Petitioners about withdrawal of the appearance. No more 985 WP 13306.2024.odt

efforts are expected to have been taken by the Petitioners' Counsel. He, therefore, stands discharged.

Since the Petitioners are not interested in pursuing the Petition, moreover there is conditional order passed by this Court on 10/12/2024 directing the Petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lakhs within two weeks and Rs.15 lakhs before next date, which has not been complied, on both counts, therefore, Petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly stands dismissed.
