Issue notice to respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 3. Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 2.

We have heard Mr. Natu, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 points out the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 20th August, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 7250 of 2011 with

2 wp 101.17 other connected writ petitions thereby negativing the claim of similarly situated freedom fighters.

In the present matter, the petitioner is agitating the Government decision dated 21st March, 2007. The challenge raised to the report of the enquiry made by Justice Palkar Commission has been turned down by the Apex Court. 3.
