Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants, learned AGP for Respondent No.1 - State and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 - Acquiring Body.

This is an Application by the proposed LRs of Decesed Sole Appellant - Ramchandra Vinayak Shinde. The Applicants claim to be the son and daughters of the Deceased - Appellant. In Paragraph No.3 of the Application, it is specifically averred that, except these four legal representatives, there are no other legal representatives left behind by the Deceased - Ramchandra Vinayak Shinde. The Application is supported by an Affidavit of Applicant No.1-A - Shivaji Ramchandra Shinde. A copy of Death Certificate showing the name of Ramchandra Vinayak Shinde as Deceased is enclosed herewith. Considering these aspects, following order is passed:

ORDER

[I] Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'. [II] Amendment be carried out within a period of two [02] weeks. [III] The Applicants shall place on record the copy of the legal heir certificate issued by the Competent Court before the Appeal is finally heard.

[IV] Application stands disposed off accordingly.
