1) The petition is filed for giving directions to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary on the basis of the 5th and 6th Pay Commission reports.

2) Respondent No.3 has filed reply affidavit and it is mentioned that the proposal is not yet submitted by respondent No.5. In view

2 WP 12074 of 2016 of these circumstances, respondent Nos.5 is directed to submit proposal within one month to respondent No.3 and thereafter the respondent No.3 will take decision on it within six months thereafter. With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
