Learned AGP submits that, a time frame may be granted by this Court for considering the grievance of the petitioner and for passing orders in the light of paragraph no.5 of the order dated 27.7.2022 passed in writ petition no.6098 of 2022. 3.

In view of the above and considering the earlier order, we grant time to respondent no.2 to deal with the grievance of the applicant and pass an appropriate order on or before 15.3.2023, by following the due procedure as may be prescribed in law.
