Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicant consulted with the lawyer for applicant in Trial Court and on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the bail application. It is clarified that the facts which were already on record were again tried to be argued. Hence, the Court had expressed disinclination to grant the bail. Since it is prayed to withdraw the application, leave granted to withdraw the bail application.
