Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw entire amount of compensation along with the interest which is deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court. This Court vide order 06.01.2023 has already permitted the withdrawal to the concerned applicants in other connected matters. In view of the same, these applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest i.e. 50% on usual undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.
