Learned counsel submits that the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since 24.11.2016. The Respondent No.2 is insisting for submission of the validity or else adverse action would be taken. 3.

To get the validation proceedings decided within the stipulated period is not in the hands of litigant. 4.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.3 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner

expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings. b) Till the validation proceedings are decided, the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending, of-course, the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 can take further course of action depending on the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

c) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
