This petition is filed on account of the delay caused by the Statutory authorities in releasing the Scholarship/freeship amount for the academic year 2021-2022. The grievance of the petitioner is that every year, the petitioners have to approach this Court with a similar prayer since the Government delays the release of such grants. WP No.8626/2021 was also filed earlier.

The learned AGP submits that the amounts cannot be released due to paucity of funds and the said amounts would now be released khs/Jan.2023/13214

- 2 - prior to 15.04.2023.
