Heard rival submissions. The applicants being the legal representatives of sole claimant i.e. respondent No.1 in the appeal Vishnu Rakhmaji Sonwane are seeking permission themselves on record. Admittedly, Vishnu died on 15.09.2018 and there is delay of 1460 days. However, considering the right to defend, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' by condoning the aforesaid delay. The necessary amendment be carried out by the appellant - Acquiring Body within the stipulated period.
