The petitioner's husband was working as a Lab Attendant in the permanent service of respondent No.4. He died in harness on 22nd November, 2020. The petitioner applied for compassionate appointment on 2nd December, 2020. Her application is still pending. 2.

Since the petitioner is praying for an innocuous direction that respondent No.4 should consider her application and express it's response, this petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent No.4 to respond to the application of the petitioner dated 2nd December, 2020 by following the due procedure and by applying the law applicable. Let such response of
