1) This application is filed by the appellant, insurance company for permission to bring legal representatives of respondent No.1 on the record. Learned counsel Shri. Deshmukh submits that he has filed appearance for the proposed legal representatives.

Permission is granted to bring legal representatives of respondent No.1 on the record. Amendment to be carried out immediately in appeal memo.

3) Civil Application No.3779 of 2012 is filed for condonation of delay of 155 days caused in filing appeal by the insurance company against the judgment and award of the Claims Tribunal. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Notice in appeal. It is waived by learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents. Call record and proceeding. List the matter for final disposal at admission stage on 27th July 2016.
