- 2 - that these applications have become infructuous except Civil Application No. 6933/2020. He submits that in Civil Application no. 6933/2020, applicant No. 1 Gangubai Rajaram Kasab is dead. Title clause itself shows that applicant No. 1 Gangubai is dead. Learned counsel Shri More submits that name of Gangubai be deleted. 2.
