Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

This is a successive bail application of the accused. Now, the accused claiming the bail on the ground that the trial has not been commenced. He has placed on record last roznama. The said roznama reveals that it was a mistake of the clerk that he did not mention the correct stage of the trial. Now, the case has been listed for the evidence and next date is 12.01.2024. It appears that the trial has been commenced and likely to be disposed of at the earliest. There are no grounds to grant the bail.

Hence, the bail application stands rejected.
