After arguing for sometime, the learned Counsel for the applicants, on instruction, seek liberty to withdraw the present applications. They also seek liberty to approach again, in case the trial does not commence in the reasonable future.

The applications are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to apply afresh after a period of four months, if the trial does not commence within said period.
