Learned counsel for petitioner, relying on order dated 30-01-2017 passed by this court in writ petition no. 672 of 2016, requests that similar treatment with regard to depositing court fees be given to petitioner since the order impugned in said writ petition so far as court fees is concerned, had been of similar nature.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that grievance of petitioner is about the quantum of leviable court fees. It may not be a case wherein writ petition would be an appropriate remedy and, as yet, there is no cause for petitioner to approach this court.

Having regard to that question of determination of quantum of court fees payable as observed in said decision may be decided by same court. As such, petitioner shall approach for said purpose to the same court.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
