Learned Advocate Ms. Sakshi Kale holding for learned Advocate Mr. Ajit Kale for the Applicants / Original Claimants submits that, the sisters of Deceased / Claimant No.1.14, namely, Vatsalabai Laxman Patil are personally present before the Court. They have tendered the contention of documents on stamp papers that, they have waived their share in the property. 2.
After going through the said document, we see that, it is just a Power of Attorney. Therefore, the Court asked Smt. Ushabai Bhagwat Rane [Applicant No.1.14-E] and Smt. Vijaya Jayram Jawale [Applicant No.1.14-F] as to whether they have relinquished their share in the property. They said that Yes, they have relinquished their share in the property and they do not want any share in that property. The said statement is taken on record. Their personal appearance is dispensed with for further proceeding in the matter.
