Learned counsel appearing for the Education Officer (Primary) states that as a result of pendency of the disputes between the management, approval to the appointment of Headmaster has not been accorded. Learned counsel for petitioner states that there are no such disputes pending and the pendency of disputes as stated by respondent no. 2 is factually incorrect since pending proceedings have already been decided. It is contended that as on today, there are no proceeding in relation to the management of trust pending before any authority.

Respondent no. 2 shall file reply controverting these contentions within two weeks from today.

Arrangement as approved by this Court on 19.10.2016 in respect of payment of salary and acceptance of pay bill shall be continued. 5.
