This Petition is filed with the following prayer :- "A. By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad to

decide the Tribe Validation Proceeding of the petitioner within One Month from the order of this Hon'ble Court."

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondent/State, on instructions, submits that Respondent No.2 will decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner within six months from today.

Keeping in view the pleadings and grounds taken in the Petition, and the fact that the petitioner is in final year of Engineering, it is desirable that the Tribe Claim of the petitioner is decided at the earliest.

In the circumstances, we direct Respondent No.2 Committee to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably on or before 15th February, 2019. Needless to observe that the petitioner shall extend full co-operation for early decision of the Committee.

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of.

Parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
