The Petitioner's litigation journey commenced with the filing of Complaint (ULP) No.153/1997 before the Industrial Court at Jalna. Having succeeded before the Industrial Court, vide the judgment dated 29.07.1998, the matter has reached the Court of the learned Single Judge in WP No.4069/1998. The said Petition is said to be pending.

In these circumstances and primarily for the reason that the High Court cannot be an Executing Court for seeking execution of khs/Jan.2024/507

- 2 - the judgment of the Industrial Court, we are not entertaining this Petition.

This Petition is, therefore, disposed off.
