The petitioner has been issued with the tribe certificate of "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe. But the spelling of "Mannervarlu" is wrongly spelt in the tribe certificate. The petitioner has applied to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer for issuing corrected tribe certificate. 2.

The petitioner shall file on-line application. The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The concerned Sub Divisional Officer after verifying its record of issuance of the certificate shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner in Central Government format within a period of six weeks from the date of production of incorrect tribe certificate.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
