In view of no objection by the appellants, the applicant herein is added as party respondent to the appeals pursuant to the provisions of Order XXII Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code. Appellants to carry out appropriate amendment, within a period of

(3) two weeks from today. If the amendment is carried out and objections are removed within two weeks, post all the appeals for admission on 4th July 2017. If the objections are not removed within stipulated time, the appeals shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
