Pursuant to the instructions, the learned APP keeps the husband present through the Investigating Officer. However, on interacting with the husband of petitioner, he submitted that he was not detained by anybody, but had gone to Jamat i.e. religious tour. As such, the concerned Investigating Officer has also filed report dated 20.11.2025. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X for identification.

On perusal of said report, it appears that the husband of petitioner was not detained by anybody and the husband

940-cr.wp-1564-2025 is still ready to cohabit with the petitioner. In view of the same, there is no need to issue directions in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus in the instant matter and accordingly it stands disposed of.
