The petitions are filed for giving directions to the respondent - Zilla Parishad to take decision on the representations made by the petitioners.

As general transfers for the year 2017-18 are due and process is starting in April 2017, the representations of the petitioners can be considered during the general transfer for the year 2017-18 in accordance with various G.Rs. issued by the Government. It is to be considered as the request transfer, transfer under the said G.R. With that direction, all the three petitions are disposed of.
